IOGA grant

Applications will be accepted for a 12,000 dollar grant awarded by the IOGA (International Organization of Glutaric Aciduria). Applications will be accepted until April 25, 2008. The application should be no more than three pages and consist of the following:

Section 1

One or two paragraphs describing Glutaric Aciduria type 1 (GA1) and its potential associated neuronal loss.

Section 2

A few paragraphs illustrating how the neural transplant and/or repair research performed by the applicant is relevant to repairing the damage evidenced by GA1.

Section 3

How the monies will be utilized. Monies must be used for research, i.e. to pay salaries, materials, etc.
